Lindsey grew up in a small rural town in Ontario, where her passion for movement began through competitive gymnastics. She later moved to Nova Scotia to attend Acadia University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition before relocating to Halifax. Before becoming a Massage Therapist, Lindsey worked as a personal trainer and coach, supporting clients in building strength, confidence, and healthier habits. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in May 2025. Lindsey’s practice focuses on supporting active adults and athletes in moving and feeling their best.
