Ariana grew up in the Bay Area and lived in Washington and Colorado before finally settling in Portland in 2017. She earned her LMT/NMMT licenses in 2013 from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy and has been a practicing massage therapist since then. Ariana specializes in deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, and trigger point therapy. She also focuses on teaching clients how to regulate and reset their nervous systems and make adjustments in their daily lives to help ease chronic pain. In her free time, Ariana enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and spending time with friends, her partner, and her dog. A serial hobbyist, she always has a new project in the works.
