Gitika is a dedicated physiotherapist and kinesiologist whose passion for rehabilitation began after her father’s motor vehicle accident in 2010, igniting her drive to help others regain function and independence. She has worked with athletes, focusing on injury recovery, taping, and conditioning, and she brings a strong background in functional training, postural awareness, and ergonomic health. Her education in physiotherapy, kinesiology and personal training is complemented by certifications in kinesiology taping (Rocktape), soft tissue release, and TMJ rehabilitation, allowing her to provide evidence-based, patient-centred care. Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, she connects effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys cheering on the Vancouver Canucks and embracing the role of a tourist in her own city; exploring local gems, new food spots, and scenic views across the Lower Mainland.
