Required for all first-time Massage Therapy patients. This comprehensive initial appointment includes a health history review, assessment, discussion of your goals and concerns, and your first hands-on Massage Therapy treatment. Your Registered Massage Therapist will develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs and answer any questions you may have. Whether you're seeking relief from pain, recovering from an injury, managing muscle tension, improving mobility, or looking to support your overall wellness, this appointment provides the foundation for your ongoing care.
