Keith moved to Toronto from Winnipeg over twenty years ago. His interest in massage and bodywork started while he was an actor, having studied Alexander technique, and learning simple massage and relaxation techniques and how noticing when stress and tension would affect the quality of ones voice and one’s connection to themselves. He studied at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and received the Sutherland-Chan Professional Clinics Award upon graduating in 2010. He furthered his studies at MacMaster University, where he earned a certificate in Contemporary Acupuncture and provides acupuncture care in addition to his massage appointments to further enhance his clients wellness goals. Keith has managed a Sutherland Chan location, that he has been a teacher to many massage therapists that have worked at Oma previously which only made us endear him more. Keith loves to treat people who are active in their health care and curious about how the healing process works. He treats people with chronic and acute pain, autoimmune diseases, sports injuries, mood disorders, TMJ dysfunction, headaches and nerve compressions.
