I believe massage can be the reset many of us need to refuel, restore, and get ready to give again. I believe that so many of us out there give everything we have to family, friends and causes that we wait until we are depleted and empty to replenish our souls. I have been a full time Mom, a volunteer in many capacities, a care-giver, I know that empty tank and the time it can take to restore it. I know that massage can be that self care path to let our bodies know that we are in touch and caring about them too on our way to renewal. I know that an hour or 90 minute getaway regularly can make a difference in how we are able to serve others. More and more research is done all the time on the benefits of massage and all the conditions it can help with. It is a forever learning field that dates back to Hippocrates and was used by Florence Nightingale. God led me to this path of healing and serving others and it brings me so much joy to see relief on faces and a sense of rest come over a clients body as they walk out of the massage room no longer feeling the tensity or pain they walked in with. I feel blessed to work in this caring industry. Each massage I give is customized for your individual needs. I can’t wait to see you for your next massage!
