**Contact Lucki directly at [email protected]** Lucki completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Saskatchewan in 2009, graduating with distinction from the College of Kinesiology. Since then, she has remained deeply committed to her profession and to continually expanding her knowledge and skills to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care. With a strong foundation in orthopaedic physiotherapy, Lucki has completed advanced training through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, as well as postgraduate studies through Curtin University in Australia, where she earned her Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (COMPT). Her additional training includes acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and Gokavi Transverse Technique Dry Needling. Lucki’s passion for movement, performance, and rehabilitation began early in her career through her involvement in sports medicine with the University of Saskatchewan Huskies Women’s Volleyball and Men’s Soccer teams. Her clinical approach has continued to evolve through her own love of running, strength training, yoga, and outdoor activities. Most recently, Lucki has combined her passion for yoga with her expertise in rehabilitation, completing two intensive courses to become a Certified Yoga Therapist. She is particularly passionate about integrating yoga therapy with physiotherapy to create a holistic approach to health and well-being. Her approach incorporates the biopsychosocial model, movement and posture, strength and conditioning, healthy lifestyle habits, and self-management strategies to help people feel confident and capable in their everyday lives. Lucki believes that rehabilitation is about more than simply treating an injury—it is about understanding the whole person, identifying what matters most to them, and helping them build the knowledge, strength, and confidence to live an active and fulfilling life. Outside of the clinic, Lucki is usually exploring the outdoors with her family, travelling, running, practicing yoga, strength training, or finding a new skill to challenge herself with. She is naturally curious and passionate about lifelong learning, both professionally and personally. “If we don’t change, we don’t grow. If we don’t grow, we aren’t really living.”
