I graduated from Inspirit Institute in 2015. I have a unique massage that differs from traditional massage. I have a massage style similar to sports massage in that I use shorter faster strokes combined with friction to really target and workout problems areas. This combined with stretching really helps loosen things up. I really take the time to listen to my clients and develop a plan that will help them reach their massage goals.
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. This a relaxation massage if you come in and request deeper pressure beyond medium pressure an extra $10-15 dollars will be added to your service. I do offer services with deeper pressure so please book accordingly.
