She uses a multi-faceted approach to her massage treatments which include therapeutic & relaxation, deep tissue massage, Graston Technique and Dynamic Cupping. Andrea uses Graston Technique to bring faster rehabilitation of range of motion, elimination of pain and restoration of normal function to the affected area and Dynamic Cupping, to facilitate healing by relieving muscular tension and bringing more blood flow to the area which promotes cellular repair. Andrea cares deeply for her clients and brings a nurturing, non-judgmental energy into her treatments. She strives to empower her clients through education and awareness, making them a valuable participant in their own healing journey. Originally from Switzerland she is happy to call the Bow Valley her home. It works by releasing tightness in the spine, shoulders, neck and hips using a rhythmic rocking motion. This motion is gentle and promotes passive-dynamic mobilization of muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons.
