Lindsay is a licensed massage therapist and certified vacuum therapies practitioner. In addition to her focus in therapeutic cupping, she has over 15 years of experience working as a physical therapy assistant where she worked with patients recovering from sports injuries, surgery and other recuperative needs. She has a strong background in helping pre- and post-operative clients find relief from pain. Lindsay is also a NASM certified personal trainer specializing in corrective exercise. Lindsay has a kind-hearted nature and enjoys working with a variety of clients and conditions. She receives great satisfaction from helping her clients restore their health, manage (reduce or eliminate) their pain, and educating them on the benefits of massage therapy, wellness, and self care.
Therapeutic Massage is a customized treatment designed to relieve pain, reduce tension, restore balance, and support overall wellness. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and may incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities including deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular cupping, hot stones, scraping (gua sha/IAM), stretching and other integrative therapies to enhance results and relaxation.
