Pamela has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2019 and is also a Reiki Practitioner, obtaining her certification from Mount Royal University in Alberta in 2015. She approaches her treatments very intuitively while also applying a knowledgeable, clinical focus based on the clients’ individual goals and needs. Her specialties include Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage, Restorative Relaxation, Trigger Point Therapy and Reiki. She loves to treat each of her clients by strengthening the mind-body connection, aiming to further assist in the body’s own natural healing abilities. Pamela is here to assist clients in what she describes as “Welcoming You Back to Your Body”. She hopes to work with you to help improve and maintain optimal health while alleviating any issues causing discomfort. She recently has sparked a new love of all things neuroscience and is looking forward to further expanding her knowledge in Somatics and Trauma Informed Bodywork. There’s magic in allowing yourself those little moments to unplug and recharge. Pamela strives to have her clients leave with a renewed mind, relaxed body and a restored spirit.
