Heidi graduated in 2012 from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) and is a member in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC). Heidi supports people in their day to day wellness through massage therapy, with a focus on all phases of reproductive health including pelvic health, fertility, prenatal care, postpartum recovery, and perimenopause. Her approach to massage is patient-centered, inclusive, and trauma-informed. Heidi’s treatments are intuitive and gentle, weaving together a blend of Swedish massage, myofascial release, cranial sacral therapy, and visceral manipulation. Heidi’s lived experience as a parent of two, along with her own reproductive health journey, deeply informs and grounds her approach to care. She looks forward to meeting you and supporting your journey.
