I am an acupuncture physician and an educator as well as the mama of two amazing kids. I use orthopedic and Kiiko Matsumoto style acupuncture with Classical Chinese medicine modalities, essential oils, mindfulness and Taiji exercises. I practice evidence-informed medicine, which takes research into account as well as my own clinical experience and the cultural needs and desires of clients and their families. I work to create a safe and non-judgmental ‘pause’ space where bodies can feel heard and loved.
