I'm the proud owner of Roots Wellness Massage. Since graduating from Everest College in 2015 with Honors, I've had a strong passion for helping people on their healing journey. It's hard to define my style since I tailor each massage to what I feel will help the client the most in that moment. I often use cupping and gua sha as tools to make my work more effective and long lasting. When I'm not working, I'm either enjoying time with my two beautiful kids or somewhere in nature. I enjoy exploring new hobbies and have a passion for learning new things about this amazing world we live in.
Each massage is tailored to the clients' needs in the moment. I use a variety of effective techniques and levels of pressure to treat chronic and acute injuries.
