With a focus on empowering you with the tools for recovery, Sara is passionate about helping you discover your full potential. She is thrilled to have a career that blends her love for exercise, education, and helping people return to their favorite activities. Sara completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia, following a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. Eager to help others achieve their health and wellness goals—whether related to sport, aging, or returning to work—Sara has a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries and neurological conditions. She strives to ensure that you play an active role in creating your treatment plan, empowering you with the confidence to manage your injuries and activities. Outside the clinic, Sara enjoys taking in the island’s natural beauty, baking (and eating) anything sweet, and exploring her creative side through pottery. She grew up competing in gymnastics and now stays active through skiing, backcountry hiking, and triathlon. Always eager for a new challenge, Sara is currently training for her first Ironman 70.3.
