Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic foot treatment based on the principle that specific points on the feet correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By applying gentle pressure to these reflex points, this treatment helps stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, reduce stress, and restore balance. Perfect for promoting overall wellness, improving circulation, and supporting relaxation from head to toe. Let your feet guide your body back to harmony.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic treatment that supports the body’s natural lymph flow and promotes overall wellness. It can help reduce mild swelling, support post-surgical recovery (with medical clearance), decrease fluid retention, and encourage relaxation. This treatment is ideal for clients experiencing mild edema, inflammation, fatigue, or those simply looking for a calming, restorative experience. MLD also supports circulation and can improve the appearance of puffiness in the skin. ****Please note: This service is intended for general wellness and mild swelling support, and is not a treatment for complex conditions such as Lymphedema.****
