Terry completed both her Master of Science in Physical Therapy (2026) and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (2023) at the University of Alberta. Terry is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She believes in a collaborative approach to provide evidence informed care while balancing the unique needs of each individual with a focus on patient education, therapeutic exercise and manual therapy. Terry has a passion for helping people at various life stages become more active and maintain their physical independence by meeting people where they are and providing sustainable self-management strategies. Having completed two clinical rotations with a focus on hand therapy in the hospital and community, Terry has a strong interest in this niche area of practice and hopes to pursue her Certified Hand Therapist designation in the future. When she is not working or studying, Terry loves watching the Oilers, baking and staying active!
