Dr. Nicole believes in identifying and treating the root cause of your concern — not just managing symptoms. She takes an individualized, rehab-focused approach that blends hands-on manual therapy with progressive exercise to help you move better, feel stronger, and return confidently to the activities you love. Her treatment style focuses on increasing mobility, decreasing pain, and restoring function through manual therapy techniques, followed by targeted strengthening and movement retraining. Dr. Nicole emphasizes clear, achievable short- and long-term goals, and views the body as a whole. Dr. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She has pursued additional training in dry needling, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and concussion management. Outside the clinic, Nicole enjoys rock climbing, acroyoga, skiing, and hiking with her dog. She has a special interest in working with climbers, cheerleaders, and gymnasts, helping athletes build resilience, optimize performance, and stay injury-free. She is also passionate about women's health, and the changes throughout their lifetime.
