Athletic Advantage Physiotherapy and Wellness

10 Karachi Drive unit 82, Markham, ON, L3S 0B6

I graduated from Bryan College with a Diploma in Massage Therapy. I also have a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from York University. Growing up, I’ve always had a strong passion towards Health & Wellness. I used to participate in many sports as a kid including Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, Track & Field, Soccer, and Swimming. During my free time, I like to workout, go hiking, cook, and play guitar. I started working out in high school and I’ve now been training for 12 years. I have competed in one bodybuilding show in 2021 and I will be competing in my second show in November 2024. Fitness has been a huge part of my life for many years and I’ve always considered it “a way of life.” What got me into Massage Therapy was going through my own set of injuries such as herniated discs in my back and nerve entrapments in my arms from working out. Being able to study the human body and having overall body awareness has always been a keen interest of mine. I am a strong believer in exercise and physical activity being one of the fundamentals in helping my clients achieve their goals. I also believe in an interdisciplinary approach when it comes to therapy.

Massage Initial Assessment and Treatment

We strongly recommend that your first RMT session at Athletic Advantage is 60 minutes so that you may have a comprehensive assessment and treatment with your therapist. However, we welcome you to book any duration for your RMT sessions with us that work for you.
