NICE TO MEET YOU! My name is Dr. Michael Bawek. Everyone calls me Dr. Mike I have been blessed to call myself a Chiropractor since 2003, a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University. In that time, I have treated patients ranging from new-born to well over 100 years of age. This experience allows me to be well versed in a wide range of condition including those musculoskeletal and neurologic rooted. Outside of the clinic, I am a husband and father of eight. My family and I enjoy spending time outdoors and keeping busy with all the children’s activities. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you to achieve your health care goals.
This is your first visit to this Chiropractor. At this visit the chiropractor will do an assessment and collaborate with you to create an individualized treatment plan that will help reach your goals. This price reflects our self pay option and includes the assessment and your first adjustment. If you plan to use your health insurance the cost will depend on your individual plan.
