I'm a graduate of the Therapeutic Massage program at Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine. I started out wanting to be a chef, though Massage has nearly always been present since about age 7, after putting my mom to sleep giving one. Over the years, massage became a more prevalent professional possibility, as I helped friends with headaches, back ache and other aches and pains. Several years in the Healthcare field only drove this desire. I'd like to help more people move more freely and hopefully, take less medication, just to do daily life. I'm committed to bringing relaxation and relief to each client that graces my table using a variety of modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy and Hot Stone Massage. I also practice very gentle techniques such as NeuroMuscular Massage and PNF.
