Gursewak completed his Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Manitoba in 2014, with a focus on orthopedic injuries. Originally from Winnipeg, he moved to British Columbia upon graduation, where he worked for 4 years with high-level athletes at the Langley Sports Medicine Clinic. Being committed to patient care, he takes the time to make himself familiar with the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices. When designing his treatment protocols, he relies on corrective multi-plane exercise, manual therapy, myofascial techniques, advanced dry needling, acupuncture, and other techniques to get his clients back to their life. His special interest in treating sports injuries stems from his own personal experience with injuries having been a multi-sport athlete from a very young age. He continues to participate in recreational leagues and enjoys strength training at the gym. With a strong academic interest, he also continues to clinically instruct students and supervise physiotherapy exam candidates.
