Alison achieved both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Physical Therapy from UBC. She has experience working with a wide variety of clients including pre-and post-natal women, neurological disorders, sports injuries and seniors with mobility issues. Prior to pursuing her physical therapy degree, Alison worked extensively on falls prevention research as well as studies on how physical exercises can improve memory in older adults. Her approach to treatment involves working one-on-one with clients to educate them about the root cause of their injury so as to prevent reoccurrences in the future. Alison is certified in Gunn-IMS (Intramuscular stimulation) and acupuncture (CAFCI). She has also completed post-graduate training in vestibular rehabilitation, manual therapy and soft tissue techniques. Outside of the clinic, Alison can be found chasing her two kids around the playground, cycling around this beautiful city in search of her next favourite restaurant, or planning her next big adventure near and far.

60 minute Physiotherapy session

Recommended for new patients, new injuries or if you prefer an extended follow-up visit. *If it has been over 3 months since your last visit , we highly recommend this option so that your therapist has enough time to assess and treat your new injury*
