Michael graduated with honours from Oxford College in Toronto, Ontario. He is passionate about the benefits of Massage Therapy and enjoys treating clients of all ages. Michael begins his initial treatment with a brief assessment and develops a goal oriented treatment plan suited to his client’s individual needs. He has experience treating a wide range of conditions such as chronic neck and back pain, headaches, sprains/strains, plantar fasciitis, piriformis syndrome, TMJ dysfunction, thoracic outlet syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, IT band friction syndrome and sciatica. Michael’s specialties include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, passive stretching and deep tissue massage. Combining these different techniques makes for an effective yet relaxing massage treatment. Michael is excited to work with his clients to help them reach their wellness goals. Prior to perusing Massage Therapy, Michael completed his bachelor of Music at Queen’s University in operatic voice and still actively enjoys singing and teaching music.
This appointment may include assessments such as range of motion, orthopedic and functional movement tests in order to ensure the safest and most effective treatment plan is developed and customized for you.
