Sam Wegert graduated from Trinity Western University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics. Sam is a Registered Kinesiologist as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Sam is currently a Chiropractic intern, completing the remainder of his doctoral studies in BC. Sam has extensive knowledge in the exercise science and rehabilitation world, having been a national-level rugby player himself, dealing with various injuries, both acute and chronic. Sam now enjoys helping patients get back to doing things they love, whether that’s high-level performance or everyday activities. Sam believes that quality and performance in movement directly correlate to the health of a person, and will need to be addressed with an active, life-long approach. Keeping things simple and enjoyable for patients helps to promote permanent adherence to a healthier lifestyle. Sam believes every patient has their own story and every path to moving and feeling better is slightly different. He believes a holistic approach that incorporates patient education is the best way to ensure long-term success in one’s health and quality of life.
