Kristina is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated in 2016 with honors from the 2,200-hour course at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy. She achieved certification in Foot Reflexology, Myofascial Cupping and Craniosacral Therapy. She continues in her education to add more treatment options for her clientele. Currently expanding her education in Kinetic massage. The treatments Kristina offers includes relaxation, deep tissue/therapeutic massage, manual lymph drainage, pre- and post-natal and sports massage. She has training and experience in working with individuals with disabilities including mobility challenges. She has spent time working with client’s diagnosed with Dementia, Parkinson’s, MS and Fibromyalgia. Kristina truly believes that through massage therapy she can help her clients by relieving pain and stress and promoting the body’s natural ability to heal. Kristina is passionate about helping her clients feel their best and contributing to their optimum health. Kristina is originally from Cochrane.
