Dr. Ellianna McCarthy Sternberg (Dr. E for short) is a naturopathic doctor with a special focus in Ayurvedic medicine, certified clinical herbalist, Health At Every Size nutritionist, and flower essence practitioner. She began her studies of Bach flower essences in herbalism school, and swiftly uncovered the deeper truth of energetic medicine: indigenous traditions have long used energetic medicines of all types, including essences of flowers, trees, herbs, and crystals, to facilitate healing from all over this beautiful planet. She is intimately familiar with the Bach 38, and an ever-expanding list of essences including endangered herbs and plants that speak directly to her Celtic lineage. Raised in a family of healers, Dr. E unapologetically and boldly includes the psychospiritual in her work as a healthcare provider. She believes that tending to the whole person, including the mental-emotional realms, is just as important as eating and “doing all the right things. Dr. E’s primary focus is providing a compassionate and supportive playground where you can facilitate the next step in your healing journey.
