With over twenty years of experience as a Massage Therapist, I pride myself on tailoring to the needs of each individual person. I offer many types of massage such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Oncology and Lymphatic. I am also certified in Hot Stone and cupping which can be added onto most massages. My goal as a therapist t is to help the clients get more movement and mobility by working on different layers of the body and its systems. In 2020 I pursued my love of yoga and became a certified yoga instructor and also offer small and/or individual yoga classes
