I take time to assess movement, identify contributing factors, and explain findings in a clear, practical way so you understand what is happening and what steps to take next. Together, we develop a structured, goal-oriented treatment plan that supports safe recovery, improved function, and long-term independence. The aim is to improve movement, reduce pain, restore function, and support long-term independence and resume your social participation which was limited by pain/weakness since while.
