I take time to assess movement, identify contributing factors, and explain findings in a clear, practical way so you understand what is happening and what steps to take next. Together, we develop a structured, goal-oriented treatment plan that supports safe recovery, improved function, and long-term independence. The aim is to improve movement, reduce pain, restore function, and support long-term independence and resume your social participation which was limited by pain/weakness since while. Treatment Includes: • Manual therapy and hands-on techniques • Therapeutic exercise and progressive strengthening • Gait, balance, and functional training • Neurological rehabilitation • Movement retraining and education Clinical Background: I am a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from Gujarat University. I bring clinical experience from Canada and India across outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, post-operative care, long-term care, neurological rehabilitation, and mobility-focused physiotherapy.
