Jody graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy 3000-hour program in 2004. She returned from 2009-2012 as an Instructor in General Orthopedics, Athletic Therapy, Musculoskeletal Anatomy and Kinesiology, and Manual Skills II. Jody has extensive experience working with all levels of athletics, Olympic, National, Provincial, and Regional. She has worked with the CFL BC Lions and the Vancouver Whitecaps. She has also been a part of the medical staff for the ITU World Cup Triathlon, BC Summer Games, World Police and Fire Games, and volunteering with the Burnaby Eagles Footy team. Jody has competed in many sports: soccer, volleyball, basketball, and continues to compete at a high level in Curling. She will be representing BC at the 2025 National Championships in Ottawa. She knows what it takes physically and mentally to stay on top in sport in the off-season, pre-season, and post-season. She was awarded the honour of BC Female Athlete of the year in 2010 for her hard work on and off the ice. In over 20 years of being an RMT, Jody has had the opportunity to treat many different conditions and injuries and prides herself on aiding people on their return to sport or regular activities as efficiently and effectively as possible. She is also a mother of two and understands the balance of life and work and how we each need to be at our best physically to be at our best in all aspects of life.
