**Tiffany Whittingham** is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been practicing since January 2025. She is passionate about helping patients feel and move their best, taking a personalized, patient-centered approach to care—understanding that no two bodies, or treatment plans, are the same. As a **K-Tape Pro agent**, Tiffany incorporates kinesiology taping into her treatments to support recovery, enhance movement, and promote function between visits. She also offers **cupping and decompression therapy** as part of a well-rounded approach to relieving muscle tension, improving circulation, and supporting overall tissue health. Tiffany enjoys working with young athletes, helping them recover from injury, prevent future issues, and perform at their best. She also has a special interest in prenatal care and looks forward to supporting expecting mothers with safe, effective treatments to help them feel their best throughout pregnancy. For Tiffany, massage therapy is more than just relaxation—it’s a path to healing, understanding your body, and reconnecting with comfort. Each treatment is thoughtfully tailored, whether it involves gentle prenatal techniques, focused fascial work, or deeper therapeutic care. She believes in educating her patients, helping them understand patterns of tension, posture, and movement, while providing guidance to support their wellbeing between sessions. Tiffany views massage therapy as a partnership, working together toward improved or maintained physical and mental wellbeing in a space that is professional, welcoming, and supportive. Outside of the clinic, Tiffany enjoys weight training and spending time outdoors—walking trails and exploring local lakes and rivers. Her appreciation for movement and nature reinforces her belief in the importance of maintaining both physical and mental health. Tiffany looks forward to supporting you on your wellness journey and helping you feel your best.
