Erica Zeman Hayes grew up in Niagara Falls, ON, where she was a provincial level gymnast and an active member of both her high school and her community. Pursuing a love of science and health, Erica completed an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University in 2009 and continued on to complete a two year Masters of Science Degree in Physiotherapy in 2011. Following graduation, Erica completed five years of post-graduate education to obtain a Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy giving her the designation of being a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). Erica has also completed her training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy through Pelvic Health Solutions and a certificate in treating issues surrounding babies and breastfeeding. In addition, Erica completed additional training in Integrated Dry Needling, Acupuncture, vestibular rehabilitation and has assisted as an instructor in an FCAMPT preparation course.
