Sarah’s practice focuses on helping her clients move well for life with less pain and more empowerment. Her movement-focused approach to assessment and treatment combines manual therapy with mobility programming, combined in a restorative setting. She is passionate about working with clients from all backgrounds with her experience ranging from professional athletics (NHL, NFL, endurance, Rugby) to clients first learning to incorporate movement into their lives. She loves to help her clients understand how strong and capable they are with movement and to guide them to reach their health goals - whether scoring a game winning goal, running their first 5 km or holding their newborn without pain. Sarah completed her 2200hr RMT designation with the Vicars School of Massage Therapy at the Calgary campus as well as her national board certification. She has pursued additional education in manual therapy with a focus on return to sport. She is a certified Pilates instructor and enjoys incorporating that practice into mobility plans and tailored home care for her clients. Sarah is currently working towards further education in both lymphatic treatment and trauma-informed care for acute injury rehabilitation. Outside of the clinic, Sarah is passionate about the outdoors. You can often find her up a mountain on her bike, snowboard or exploring new hiking trails. She also nurtures a fast-paced technology career, loves food and is happiest adventuring with her husband and dog.
