Tara Dodds Registered Massage Therapist Tara is new to our team and welcoming clients as she builds her massage therapy practice. She takes a clinical approach to identifying and understanding the most effective treatment approach. Her focus is to optimize tissue health and help clients move with greater ease. Tara has deep personal history in endurance sport which contributes to her understanding of how the body works and performs. She is a competitive masters athlete, with a history of marathons, competing internationally with podium finishes at Multisport Worlds (2018,2019, 2023), as well as Ironman Tremblant and Kona (2022). Tara also rode the 21 stages of the Tour de France course (2023) and her passion for endurance continues, with a 635k ride in Jun 2026 and racing with Surface Cycling. Tara looks forward to helping you move.
