Amina graduated from York University with a bachelors of science and a minor in French Studies. She has been in the industry since 2016 and founded Active Care Oakville in 2021. She is passionate about health and wellness as she pursued fascial stretch therapy and nutrition coaching. She differs from other nutrition practitioners as she approaches nutrition from a different perspective being a Biologist. She dives into nutrition at a molecular level and ensures her clients understand what changes are occurring in their bodies as they implement her recommendations. She offers one-on-one nutrition coaching and offers custom meal plans which involve a 4 week meal plan, weekly check-ins with TANITA body analyses, supplement recommendations as well as lifestyle changes. Amina also practices as a Fascial Stretch Therapist where she incorporates different manual techniques and effective modalities including, cupping, shockwave, laser and acupressure.
