Emma graduated from the Centennnial College Massage Therapy Program. During her time there, she learned a variety of techniques and treatment styles including Swedish massage, fascial techniques, deep tissue, and trigger point work. She uses a mixture of these techniques during her treatments. As a former gymnast, she has had her fair share of injuries and physical therapy. She understands the need for a well thought out treatment plan. She takes her experience as an athlete and implements it into her approach to healing and injury prevention. Emma aims to find the root cause of your main complaint and combat all areas and habits that play a role. The area in which you feel pain may not always be where the issue lies! Using in-depth assessment and communication, Emma will work with you to create the most effective treatment plan. She is always eager to learn new techniques and methods to incorporate into her treatments. She puts focus on helping you reach your own specific goals while giving you the tools to maintain that pain-free lifestyle. On her days off you’ll find her out for runs, weightlifting, and watching a bunch of Netflix!

If you are seeing our Massage Therapists for the first time, you must have an Initial Assessment during your first visit. This 60 minute visit includes and assessment and the remainder of the session is utilized for treatment.
