Cara Oliver is a Practicing Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK ). Since completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Kinesiology) at Simon Fraser University in May of 2000, Cara has specialized in motor vehicle accidents (MVA), Return to Work programs, aqua therapy, core stabilization, seniors fitness and strength/weight training programs working with several physiotherapy practices and Progression Muscle Bone and Joint. As a Kinesiologist, she has taken numerous core stability and muscle imbalance courses. She has gained additional experience volunteering in sports medicine (Lacrosse) and Healthy Heart-clinics. She continually upgrades through workshops and literature detailing new developments in kinesiology. Cara is a dynamic and caring professional with real solutions to educate, support and empower individuals in health care prevention, rehabilitation and healthy lifestyle choices. Cara leads a healthy and active lifestyle that includes hiking, biking and other activities.
