Ahmad Mansour holds a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy from Beirut Arab University, Lebanon, and recently graduated from Mohawk College’s Diploma in Health Wellness and Fitness program, Canada. Ahmad is also a Certified Personal Trainer holding certifications from both IFBB (International Federation of Body Building) and NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Ahmad has a wide range of experience in the healthcare and fitness field, specializing in musculoskeletal and sports injuries varying between sprains, strains, dislocations, fractures, traumas, bruises, and cramps. His 6 - year extensive experience in the industry allows him to develop a passion to help individuals recover from their injuries. Ahmad believes a thorough assessment needs to be conducted to determine the root cause of the problem, and then develop an individualized treatment plan to alleviate pain and improve function. This may include techniques such as manual therapy, cupping therapy, dry needling, McKenzie technique, exercise therapy, and the use of modalities such as electrotherapy, heat/ice, and shockwaves. Ahmad believes that his modern knowledge and skills in treating individuals will help regain their function and prevent future injuries or recurrence of the condition.
