I pursued a career in Registered Massage Therapy to expand my knowledge of the human body and help my clients understand the importance of maintaining healthy movement practices. My commitment to a healthy lifestyle fuels my passion for helping others feel better, move with ease, and reconnect with their bodies. I take pride in creating a nurturing, supportive space where you can experience the restorative benefits of massage therapy — in comfort and in alignment with your needs. Outside of my practice, I live the wellness-focused lifestyle I encourage in my clients. I spend time in nature — exploring trails, reaching new heights in the mountains, or grounding by the water — which keeps me centred and connected. I also prioritize mobility, strength, and recovery through sauna sessions, cold dips, red light therapy, and of course, massage. These rituals help me stay in tune with my body so I can show up fully and better support yours. ⸻ My Approach My treatments are specific, technical, results-driven, and always tailored to your individual goals — whether that’s improving performance, easing pain, or simply feeling more at ease in your body. I take a whole-person approach, considering your lifestyle, movement patterns, and stress levels. I’ve worked with everyone from professional athletes to individuals navigating chronic tension, stress, injuries, post-surgical recovery, and prenatal care. I’m also continuing my education in manual lymph drainage, with treatments launching in March, 2026.
