2475 Dobbin Rd, 34, West Kelowna, BC, V4T 2E9
Corinne graduated from UBC Vancouver with a Masters of Physical Therapy in 2024 after completing her Bachelors of Human Kinetics from UBC Okanagan. She has a strong interest in musculoskeletal injury rehab, injury prevention and longevity. She’s lived in West Kelowna since she was a kid. She worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 10 years serving mainly older adults and seniors which inspired her to go back to school. She realized there are many individuals dealing with multiple health conditions plus injuries that she wanted to expand her knowledge to have a bigger impact. She’s also dealt with her own autoimmune health challenges which inspired her even further to learn how exercise and lifestyle changes can have a major impact on quality of life. Her philosophy when working with clients is to embrace shared decision-making, seeing and treating the whole person, focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship, and using evidence informed treatment such as exercise – movement is medicine! When she’s not in the clinic you can find her spending time with her future hubby and step-son, working out at the gym, hiking, reading and going to music festivals.
