Grace is a Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, following her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. Growing up as a gymnast, Grace’s first encounter with physical therapy came after receiving treatment for various injuries, which ignited her desire to assist others in returning to their beloved activities. She adopts a client-centred approach, crafting personalized treatment plans that blend education, manual therapy techniques, and corrective exercise prescription. Grace aims to empower her clients with the tools and knowledge needed for long-term recovery, guiding them on their journeys. Outside the clinic, Grace enjoys weightlifting, walking her dog, and discovering new food and bubble tea spots.
