What is one of the most important things that one looks for in a massage therapist? Knowledge about the muscles? Hands on experience? Dedication to their work? Flexible hours? These are just some of the qualities that I possess. I have my Associates Degree in Therapeutic Massage from Heritage College, as well as over 9 years of hands on experience. I have held my National Certification for over 9 years, including keeping up with continued education. My drive is not only to better myself, but to better my clients. I strive to never stop learning new techniques to help my clients. Working as a contract massage therapist in a well established chiropractic office for three years, I have learned how to work hand in hand with other health care professionals and other massage therapists to further our clients health goals. Through this I learned how to be honest with myself and admit when I needed help, if something was outside my scope of practice or knowledge. I pride myself in putting my client's needs first.
