Annika brings a lifelong passion for holistic health to her practice, believing in the power of massage therapy to support physical recovery and overall well-being. Her treatment style is both therapeutic and deeply nurturing, blending Swedish massage techniques with myofascial release, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy. She incorporates relaxation elements into her sessions to ensure her clients feel renewed, whether they are managing injuries, chronic pain, or simply seeking a moment of peace in their busy lives. Outside of her practice, Annika cherishes quality time with her four children and enjoys staying active in nature. From hiking and skating to cross-country skiing and exploring new destinations, she thrives on adventure and making meaningful memories with her family.
