I believe in the bodys innate ability to heal and maintain health and have found through my own experience that relaxation is an important key to helping the body striv e for optimal health. The first step is simply to give it the space and time to do it. Therapeutic Swedish Relaxation Massage is my specialty, given in a space where you can safely, comfortably, and deeply relax . My success will come by assisting your bodys inborn systems for health naturally come back online. I received my massage training at Orion Institute i n Perrysburg, Ohio , then moved back to Great Falls in 2020. I am also a Martha Beck, Inc trained Life Coach and find that these two modalities fit together beautifully. We cant separate our minds from our bodies, nor our bodies from our minds. They live together until death do us part. Helping my clients achieve optimal healing of both body and mind is my great passion and purpose.
