Welcome and thank you for your interest! I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Natural Health Educator. I have been in study between both of these certifications for three years and I am still continuing my education in the natural health field to become a Naturopathic Dr. I have practiced meditation and different breathing techniques for 7 years for myself and will soon pursue an education in it so I can teach others. I do incorporate pieces I have learned in my services where they fit! I have knowledge about the body, mind, and emotions and have several different therapies to help in all areas. Massage Therapy
Depending on the duration and what you are looking for we can do full body massage or focus on certain areas. Swedish Massage is a more gentle technique that is great for relaxation, improving circulation, and reducing chronic and acute pain.Deeper Pressure Massage is great for releasing knots, relieve tension from the deepest muscle layers, and reducing chronic pain. These techniques can be combined to best fit your needs and wants!
Reflexology
Your body has nerve endings connecting to the feet. They can become hardened and crystalized. Breaking up these toughened spots helps the connected body part be able to better absorb the oxygen and nutrients it needs. This helps the body maintain homeostasis (balance). It is different from a foot massage. This uses specific techniques and pressures all over the feet. It can also be done on the hands.
