Meredith Barr, LMT graduated from ASHA, "The Harvard of Massage Schools," in 2010. There, she studied the three most widely practiced massage modalities: Swedish, Sports, and Neuromuscular Therapy. Since then, she has added Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy, and Thai Massage to her arsenal of healing. Having worked in both spa and medical settings for over 10 years, she's cultivated a knowledge of the body that allows her to create an effective unique, tailored massage for every individual she treats. Meredith's goal to educate and communicate with her clients gives them the advantage of healing both on and off the table. They also leave each session with a self-care plan to help them take the reigns on their own health and wellness. They'll never get the same massage twice.
