Massage Therapy
Sometimes our cells store stress and unpleasant emotions which can result in our muscles holding physical pain and tension. This modality combines conscious touch and grounding breath work to achieve both a physical and sometimes emotional release. The therapist uses conscious touch to awaken the mind-body connection so that each client feels safe, present, grounded and connected. This treatment is available in 30, 60, or 90 minute increments. The 30 minute massage is focused to a target area.
Reflexology
A type of massage that applies pressure to specific points on the feet to promote relaxation and healing throughout the body. Based on the theory that these points correspond to specific organs and systems, it aims to reduce stress, improve circulation, and support overall health.
