Raised in Colorado, I began my studies in Western & Clinical Herbalism in Boulder, CO, 1999. Over the last 20 years, Ive worked as an Herbalist & Educator for many health food stores & other amazing companies. After a serious car accident that required many surgeries & physical therapy, I fell in love with & became inspired by the Pilates Method & functional movement/exercise. This led me to study in the heart of Denver at the incredible Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado. I employ various herbal applications in my massage services (oils, salves, liniments, essential oils) & love taking a holistic & integrative approach with clients. In my free time, i enjoy plants, animals, movement & fitness.
