I love helping people feel better, it is my passion. God has been a great guide in my path forward to becoming the best massage and bodywork therapist I can be. I graduated from Natural Touch School Of Massage Therapy in 2008 with 550 hours of education. Since then I have taken over 600 hours in continuing education. I opened A New You - Massage Therapy in February 2009. My mission is to Glorify God in all that I do and provide natural healing for your body.
Medical Massage Therapy is a targeted, therapeutic form of massage designed to address specific pain, injuries, or movement limitations. It focuses on problem areas identified through assessment. It may include techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and stretching to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support the body's natural healing process.
