Dr. Sarah is a licensed Chiropractor and registered Kinesiologist with a passion for evidence informed and patient centered care. She recently graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she spent time working with patients in clinical settings to combine the deep understanding of human movement with clinical skills to help individuals recover from injuries and optimize their performance and function. She graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber with a degree in Kinesiology and Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion and went on to complete her Masters in Professional Kinesiology at the University of Toronto and then became a Registered Kinesiologist. Her studies allowed her to work with a variety of individuals and she is able to take a holistic approach, integrating spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture and rehabilitation exercises to support all patients individual goals. Dr. Sarah is committed to empowering patients through movement and education to help them return to the activities they love with confidence. Outside of practice, she enjoys staying active in the community by playing soccer and attending spin classes, and spending time with family and friends and her pup.
